Mobile app terms
These terms apply when you sign in to the current mobile app with an existing account issued to you.
Using the app
By using the app, you agree to these terms and the mobile privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use the app only with an account issued to you. Do not use another person's account or misrepresent your identity or authority.
What this release provides
In the app, you can:
- view issued membership and benefit information;
- follow existing claim status and history;
- review records available to the account; and
- use account, security, privacy, and support actions in the app, including password, data-copy, and account-deletion controls.
Membership, benefit, claim, and record information in the app reflects existing program records. The app does not file or update a claim, decide eligibility or claim outcomes, or initiate a benefit or claim payment.
You cannot create an account or membership or enroll through the app. Any coverage purchase or payment setup required by your program takes place outside the app.
Your sponsor or organization
Your sponsor or organization provides your issued access. Contact it to create or change a membership, enroll, complete any coverage purchase, or set up payments. Refer to the member or program documents you received for benefit terms and claim decisions.
Information displayed in the app may be delayed or incomplete. Contact the organization that provided your account if the information differs from its official records.
Your account and security
Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate information, and tell Nakama promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or one-time codes with support.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit information you are not authorized to provide;
- try to access another account, bypass security, probe the service, or disrupt its operation;
- upload malicious code or use the app to abuse, threaten, deceive, or harm another person; or
- copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Health and emergencies
The app presents member information. It does not diagnose, treat, provide medical advice, or provide emergency response. Contact local emergency services for an emergency and a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Availability and changes
Nakama may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue the app and may restrict access when needed for security, applicable requirements, misuse, or service operations. Availability may be interrupted while that work is carried out.
Other organizations and services
A sponsor, organization, healthcare provider, or other service provider may operate under its own terms and privacy notice. Review those documents for records or services that party provides independently.
Permission to use the app
Nakama gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the app for its intended member purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app, its design, or its content.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time. You can schedule account deletion by following the account-deletion instructions. Access may also be suspended for security, misuse, service, or applicable legal reasons.
Changes and contact
Nakama may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies this version.
