  • Eligibility information: the details you submit when checking access to a cohort program.
  • Health and support-request information: documents, descriptions, and supporting materials you choose to submit through an approved program process.
  • Health profile and coaching information: goals, conditions or constraints you choose to record, medications, allergies, lifestyle notes, routines, nutrition notes, sleep window, weight targets, and care preferences.
  • Program payment information: payment and wallet details needed to administer sponsor funding and deliver approved payments (payment card details are processed by our payment processors, not stored by us).
  • Support communications, feedback, and other content you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Log and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages or screens viewed, features used, timestamps, and diagnostic events.
  • Device data: operating system, device model, language, and unique device identifiers.
  • Analytics data: screens viewed, actions taken, and feature flows, to operate and improve the Services.
02

How do we use your information?

In short: to operate the Services, administer cohort programs, process support requests, communicate with you, and comply with the law. Specifically:

  • Account creation, login, and verification.
  • Checking cohort access and presenting approved program terms.
  • Administering sponsor-funded program budgets and facilitating approved payments.
  • Preparing support requests for review under the approved program terms.
  • Providing coaching, care management, plan generation, progress tracking, member check-ins, and safety follow-up when those features are enabled for your account or program.
  • Using Health Connect data you explicitly approve, when that optional feature is enabled for your account, to tailor daily plans, activity and recovery guidance, care-management summaries, Record entries, and progress views.
  • Service, security, and account-related messages (status, alerts, updates, policy changes).
  • Marketing communications where you opt in, with the ability to opt out at any time.
  • Support, troubleshooting, and enforcement of our Terms.
  • Internal analytics and product improvement, favoring aggregated or anonymized data.
  • Fraud monitoring, abuse prevention, safety, and incident response.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance and rights enforcement.
03

Will your information be shared?

We share personal information only with your consent, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests compatible with this notice. This may include:

  • Your organizer or program operator, to administer the program — for example, activation and cohort status and the limited information needed to run the program. Operators are responsible for their own handling of that information.
  • Your care-management team, if your program includes care management and you have agreed to that feature, so they can review relevant progress, coaching context, check-in status, and claim or care support needs.
  • Payment and payout processors, and wallet or digital-asset infrastructure providers.
  • Identity and eligibility verification providers.
  • Cloud, hosting, analytics, and other service providers acting on our behalf.
  • Legal, audit, and compliance advisers, and authorities where required by law or to protect people.
  • An acquirer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health or claims information with advertisers. Where health-related data is shared to operate a program or process a support request, we limit it to what is necessary and de-identify or aggregate it where possible. We require our processors to protect personal data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

04

Health and sensitive information

We treat the health and claims information you submit as sensitive. Access is limited to those who need it to operate the Services or process your support request, and it is protected with organizational and technical safeguards. We do not use your health information for advertising or targeting.

The currently submitted Android member-app release does not request access to Health Connect or other health data stored by your device. If a future release adds an optional device-health feature, we will update this policy and the store disclosure before requesting permission.

05

Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?

Yes. We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and essential functionality. You can usually refuse or limit these in your browser or device settings, though some functionality may be affected.

06

How do we handle social and wallet logins?

If you register or sign in using a third-party account (such as a social login) or a digital wallet, we receive the limited information you permit, such as your name, email address, or wallet address. Use of that information is limited to the purposes described in this notice. Review the provider’s policies for their own practices.

07

Third-party websites and integrations

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites, apps, or platforms we do not control. Their data practices are not covered by this notice; review their policies before sharing information.

08

How long do we keep your information?

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, or to meet legal, regulatory, security, support-request, or business obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; where deletion is not immediately possible (for example, in backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion.

09

How do we keep your information safe?

We use organizational and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including authentication and access controls appropriate to the service. Relevant processors are required to protect data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. No system is 100% secure, so please use secure devices and environments.

10

Do we collect information from minors?

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly market them to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us at [email protected] so we can review the situation and take the steps required by applicable law.

11

What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your region (for example, the EEA, UK, or UAE), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing (including direct marketing). To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond in line with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can review or change your account information in the app, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and contact us to close your account — subject to limited retention required for fraud prevention, claims, and legal compliance.

12

Do-Not-Track

Some browsers and devices offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. As no uniform standard exists, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard we must follow is adopted, we will update this notice.

13

Rights under applicable law

Privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on your circumstances and location. We evaluate verified requests under the law that applies to the relevant processing and may need information to confirm identity or authority. To make a request, email [email protected].

14

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice periodically. The “Updated” date above indicates the current version, effective when posted. We may communicate material changes by email or in-app. Please review this notice regularly.
